I have struggled with depression for a very long time, and suicidal thoughts come and go quite often. About 6 months ago is when I started getting real help, talking to my doctor, and taking medication. If anyone saw me take my meds, they'd ask what they were for, then quickly change the subject and avoid talking about it once I told them I have Major Depression.
